Pheim Asset Management (Asia) Pte Ltd (“Pheim Singapore” or the “Company”) has been made aware on 26 June 2026 of a fraudulent advertisement on Facebook involving the impersonation of Dr Tan Chong Koay (“Dr Tan”), the Founder, CEO, and Chief Strategist of the Company.

The suspected scammer created a Facebook page under the name of “Jaimee Sarah Martin” and circulated a Facebook Reel featuring an AI-manipulated video of Dr Tan. The video falsely purports to invite members of the public to join a learning channel to gain insights into market structure and investing. This content was created and published without our knowledge or consent. It does not originate from, is not affiliated with, and is not endorsed by Pheim Singapore or any of its representatives. • Dr Tan does not endorse or participate in any such content outside of Pheim’s official communication channels.
• No investment products or services are promoted by Dr Tan on social media.

• Be cautious of unsolicited investment advice online or through social media platforms.
• Verify the identity of individuals or organizations before engaging with them or disclosing personal information.
• Avoid schemes promising high returns or urgent limited-time investment opportunities.
• Do not transfer any funds or share personal details with suspicious parties.

If you encounter any suspicious accounts or fraudulent investment offers made in the name of Pheim or Dr Tan’s name, please report them immediately to us and to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
